Back in 2019, we ran our very first Product/Market Fit (PMF) test among our clients. In August 2025, we decided to repeat the study to understand how the perception of our platforms has evolved.
What is Product/Market Fit?
For those new to the term: Product/Market Fit (PMF) measures how well a product meets market needs. Simply put, it answers the question: “Is our product so good that customers can’t imagine living without it?”
The classic way to measure PMF is Sean Ellis’ question:
“How would you feel if you could no longer use our product?”
A product is considered to have reached PMF if at least 40% of users answer “Very disappointed.”
Our Results in 2025
This year, we ran a general survey across all our platforms instead of breaking them down into separate products.
Here’s what we found:
- 71.4% — would be very disappointed if we disappeared
- 25% — would be somewhat disappointed
- 3.6% — wouldn’t be disappointed
- 0% — no longer use our products
What Does This Mean?
The fact that 71.4% of license holders said they’d be “very disappointed” is an outstanding result—nearly double the benchmark of 40%.
This shows that:
- Our products have become an integral part of daily workflows.
- We are developing functionality in line with real project needs.
- Our ecosystem is perceived as a unified whole, validating our integration strategy.
What Project Owners Are Saying
Here are just a few quotes from the survey answers to the question “Why would you be disappointed/not disappointed/stop using our products?” that especially inspired us:
“Your ready-made solutions allow us to quickly launch projects or test hypotheses. It’s the best engine with the best team one could imagine. You always focus on quality and functionality while helping us implement new features to optimize existing platforms. Very satisfied with your work :)”
“Because it’s hard to find more reliable, professional, and punctual partners who treat their product like their own child. I see you as true business partners.”
“You’ve become an essential part of our infrastructure: our entire project runs on your CMS. We value the stability, ready-made modules, and technical support. Losing your platform would mean losing a time-tested reliable solution, which would definitely be a huge blow to our business.”
“There are no other platforms on the market that match your level of quality and customer loyalty.”
“If you disappeared, it would be like losing a trusted partner we can always rely on. We’ve been through trial and error with other solutions and know how hard it is to find a platform that really ‘THINKS’ alongside the project. If you suddenly vanished, it wouldn’t just be stress, it would be a real quest to find something that could replace what already works perfectly.”
These and many other responses show that we’re not just providing technology, we’re becoming true partners to our clients.
What’s Changed Since 2019?
Unlike the 2019 test, where we measured each platform separately, this time we evaluated the overall perception of our entire product ecosystem. This was a conscious decision: over the years, our platforms have become more integrated, and clients often use them in combination.
What’s Next?
A strong PMF score is not a reason to slow down — it’s a motivation to keep raising the bar. We’ll continue to:
- Develop functionality based on client feedback
- Improve cross-platform integration
- Unlock underutilized potential in scenarios where it hasn’t been fully realized yet
